   IEP begins

   You can sign up now for coverage that starts your birthday month.

2. 2

   July 2027

   You turn 65

   If you signed up in advance, Part A and B coverage begin this month.

3. 3

   October 2027

   IEP ends

   Last chance to enroll without a late-enrollment penalty (unless you have creditable coverage).
